- After the product is received, our team verifies it for its condition.
- After verification success, we will send you the credit note for the same value of the product.
- This credit note can be utilized against any future purchase from our WhatsApp either immediately or within 10 days from the date of a credit note.
- Please WhatsApp us the credit note ahead of making your future purchase.
- There will be no NO CASH REFUNDS unless the manufacturing defect.
- Shipping Charges, VAT and duties are not refundable.
- Return Shipment is at customer's cost
- Payment Gateway charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. These are billed directly by the payment gateway and are not refunded. For Razorpay payment gateway.
- All aforementioned charges are inclusive of applicable GST (18%)
- Returns will take 7-10 business days to process (from the receiving date of the product at our address).
